Where is my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Orders typically ship within 2-3 weeks, plus an additional 1-5 days for shipping. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get another email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number so you can follow its journey to you!
What if my order is taking longer than the 2-4 business days?
We’re excited to provide apparel for Missoula County and appreciate your patience as we roll them out! While we aim to ship orders within 2-3 weeks, occasional stock shortages or high demand may cause slight delays. If that happens, our team will keep you informed and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding—we’re here to help!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Since we create each piece of apparel just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend checking out our detailed sizing charts. And if you have any questions or need a hand choosing the right size, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our friendly team!
We guarantee the quality of our embroidery and apparel services. If an item gets shipped out that has a quality issue (holes, stains, etc.), we are happy to replace that at no cost to the customer once the damaged item has been returned. We must be contacted within 7 days of order delivery for any damaged or defective items. Please follow this link to contact us regarding damaged items.
Can I rush my order?
At this time, we’re unable to rush production and fulfillment, as our process is carefully planned to ensure quality.
